2. What data we collect
Through the inquiry form we may receive your name, e-mail address, phone number, selected room, planned stay dates, number of guests and message content. Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and inquiry submission time, may also be processed when you use the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to reply to your inquiry, check availability and take steps before a possible booking agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data related to a completed booking may be processed to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Where necessary, data may also be processed to ensure website security and to establish, pursue or defend claims. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with persons authorised by the controller and with providers of hosting, website maintenance, database and e-mail services, in particular dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o., only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Inquiry data will be stored for the time needed to handle the inquiry and then for the period necessary to protect against claims. If the inquiry leads to a booking, data may be stored longer in accordance with tax and accounting duties.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
7. Voluntary data submission
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number it may not be possible to reply to your inquiry.
8. Cookies
The current version of the website does not use analytics or advertising tools. If they are enabled in the future, this section and the consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
9. Automated decisions
Data submitted through the form is not used for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal effects.
